your role

We believe channel partner management is about winning, on-boarding, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners that drive sales and revenue. As part of the InnoFaith channel management team and as a professional specialist (1) you get things done as a facilitator by taking ownership and inspire our partners and follow up mutual plans we have with them. (2) As an integrator you secure strategy alignment with our partners and make sure all supply chain and processes can be run seamless. (3) As an expert you are a credible and industry savvy (4) negotiator that represents and defends both interests. That of Team InnoFaith and that of our channel partner. You will manage a global portfolio of clients of which the country allocation periodically will be re-discussed with the team to accommodate the best type casting.

Specific areas of expertise include:

  1. Experience in or at least strong affinity with professional beauty a/o cosmeceuticals a/o cosmetic treatment devices;
  2. Understands and conveys customer value propositions;
  3. Likeable interpersonal communicator, in English and preferably a second world-language;
  4. Organized & disciplined.

Other job criteria:

  • BA/MA degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 year+ work experience in a comparable or relevant position
  • Understands the importance of Information Security awareness and the application of Security Roles Policies and authorizations
